AI-Powered Facilitation 🚀
Imagine a brainstorming session or case study interview where no one is stuck facilitating, and the conversation flows seamlessly.
Two weeks ago, Patrick Smith and I ran an experiment to see if we could use ChatGPT in voice mode to facilitate a case study discussion, preloaded with all the context, frameworks, and goals.
It has completely changed how I think about running sessions.
Imagine a brainstorming session or case study interview where no one is stuck facilitating, and the conversation flows seamlessly.
The results?
Within 15 minutes, we had forgotten we were even talking to an AI.
AI guided the discussion, allowing for natural meandering and bringing us back on track when needed.
By the end, it had generated three tailored case study drafts (focused on change management, risk, and outcomes).
This approach not only saved time but also preserved valuable organisational knowledge and created actionable artifacts in real-time.
Practically, I'm finding that AI is most useful in the experimentation process, as it helps facilitate collaboration on improving the quality of thinking at each stage and removes friction from the actual running of experiments.
*Case study coming soon.
How are you leveraging it to rethink your experiment workflows?
